Cheetos & Muddy Buddies

Junk food, that is just a funny way of saying boyfriend. Everywhere I look or go, unhealthy food is surrounding me. There is only one solution to getting rid of it and that would be eating it. Personally I have had some pretty disgusting encounters with food, one being black licorice. (it's freaking nasty, don't try it... ever) There are so many better options than black licorice, I promise. Plus if you are going to eat some junk food there is no point in not going all out. Over the many years of my childhood I have gone through many phases of different candy and unhealthy foods like donuts and Pringles. Lately Cheetos and Muddy Buddies have taken up my life and I am obsessed.

There are so many different kinds of Cheetos in this world, actually I think there are only three. Anyways there is probably one thousand different kinds of chips to choose from. The chip aisle is literally giant. Luckily I aways know what my heart desires and my giant bag of original Cheetos is waiting for me, my knight in shining armor. It has become a horrible addiction to always crave Cheetos. Scarfing down the whole bag takes skill and it is something that I have accomplished. After you achieve eating the whole bag by
yourself the best part is the cheese that has stuck to your fingers that you get to enjoy after. Not the crunch or taste makes me love them as much as I do but the leftover cheese on my fingers is the most enjoyable thing.

Muddy Buddies, the one small bag of sugar, carbs and calories is what I live for. The creation that Chex Mix has made is amazing and they deserve credit for this creation. The way that they coat the peanut butter over the pieces of cereal and top it off with powdered sugar is to die for. Yes, I understand that I am talking about a bag of junk food but this is how I feel. Not only am I just talking about Muddy Buddies in general but one specific kind, but the peanut butter. Don't get me wrong all Muddy Buddies are yummy but the peanut butter is delicious. Like I mentioned before that Cheetos are my knight in shining armor, well Muddy Buddies are like the prince that I have to marry because I'm addicted.

In conclusion I hope that you don't think that I am a total psycho because of my love for unhealthy food. I hope that is some ways that I have convinced you to go try some Cheetos and Muddy Buddies. I also hope that I at least made you hungry or you mouth water just a tad. Everyone has there weaknesses and mine just happens to be Cheetos and Muddy Buddies. I hope that some of you reading can relate.

Pet Peeves...

There are many things that can bother anyone, wether it is something that you put on yourself or something others do. When someone else does something that especially annoys another it is called a pet peeve. I, just like many others have a long list of pet peeves that send me over the top. I narrowed my personal list down to five an I think that almost anyone can relate to at least one.

1.) When you genuinely ask someone what’s wrong (when obviously there is something wrong) and they say “hmmm? Oh, nothing.”
I’m sorry but if you are a person who says that (you know who you are) who do you think you are? If I am going to take the time to make sure that you are okay, it is polite to respond with a genuine answer. Don’t pretend that there is nothing wrong when you are crying and the mascara is running down your face. It is unattractive and no one likes the person who cries wolf.  If the problem is something that you don’t want to talk about I suggest that you keep it to yourself.

2.) Noisy eaters
Another thing that really annoys me is obnoxious eaters. Throughout my life I was taught manners, the biggest one being chewing with your mouth closed. Going out to a public place where you will be eating it is the most annoying thing when I can see and hear what is going on inside your mouth. Chewing your food like a cow isn’t something that should be on the list of things to do. In fact if you are someone that is a loud eater it maybe should be your New Year’s resolution to fix this problem.

3.) Guys who leave the toilet seat up
Being a girl cleanliness is key and when I personally will not go to the restroom if it is gross. Not only is it nasty to walk into a dirty bathroom but it is the absolute worst to use the bathroom after a guy. The male species has a tendency to leave the toilet seat up. Most of the time if you are like me I don’t look down at the toilet before I sit down. In that case when the seat is left up I get the worst of it and fall in. So let me take the time to thank all of the guys out there who love to leave the seat up for me and all of my female friends.

4.) People who FaceTime in public
One of my biggest pet peeves is when I am in a public place and all of the sudden you hear someone on the phone. Next you hear the end of the call and when you look you get to even witness what the other person even looks like. It is not a fun time listening to a conversation you don't care about especially because it is ignorant. Taking a call is one thing but FaceTiming your bestie in a public place is not okay.

5.) People who only snapchat and never text
Lastly, the biggest phenomenon today is Snapchat. It is pretty rare to meet someone who doesn't have one. In order to have this magical app you also need to have a way to use it on a communication device. This meaning that indeed you do have a phone number so you can text too. It bothers me so much that people need to talk over snapchat so they don’t need to worry about what is said. If you will say it over snapchat you can say it through a text… Snapchat is not the only way to communicate people.

In conclusion there are many things that can annoy a person and it is important to keep in mind what does and doesn’t bother someone.

Drive

Considering that there isn't an explantation as to what this blog is about let me explain. I'm a fourteen-year-old girl named Khaki (yes, like the pants) and I'm writing this blog for an Honors English class. I am not one of the many students who was dreading doing this blog, I actually think that it is a great idea and gives me an excuse to write. My life is as crazy as it gets and sharing my daily experiences with everyone who is reading is something I look forward to. I want to have fun and others to enjoy reading about how unpredictable and odd my life can be. There will be many different topics about almost anything and you will be able to find a little something of everything on this page. Anyways, since I am just going on and on, here is a look inside what this blog is really about.

I named this first post "Drive" because it means to move on or proceed, towards, a certain point. I thought that this was a good way to start of my blog because there is no certain point that I am aiming for. I will be writing about my experiences, goals, life tips, school, people, food, any of my thoughts or opinions, and almost any topic that you can think of. My goal is to keep my writing interesting and only write about things that people can relate to. I am going to try and not be too random and get off track on all my posts but stick to my main theme of life.

To get started I am going to talk about my opinions on blogging. I personally think that it is a really fun way to write about what you want and express your thoughts. Writing about one specific theme over and over again I think would be really hard and get boring. Hence the reason I am writing about so many topics so I can broaden the horizon for my writing. There are so many different types of writing that blogging is a way to say what you want and get to the point but in a shorter amount of text. I think that having a blog is also cool because you get to personalize it and make it look how you want.

In conclusion, looking back on what I just wrote it doesn't make perfect sense but I think that it got to the point. I can't wait to write more and share my life with everyone who decided to waist their time and read my blog. I'm really excited and pumped to see how this will turnout and hear others opinions on what I can change, improve on, and what they like about my blog.
